Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
To initiate a return, contact us at aurewellness1@gmail.com or WhatsApp 083 236 0724 with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened skincare products, used hair tools, or any item marked as final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will resolve it promptly.
